We at ClickNwork are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We also want to make sure the ClickNwork service (the "Service") remains relevant and useful to you, based on who you are and where your interests lie. We hope that our dedication to your privacy, as described in this policy (the "Privacy Policy" or "Policy"), demonstrates our commitment to making your ClickNwork experience a good one.

Note that by using the Service, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service subsequent to changes to this Policy will mean that you accept the changes. Important note: The information you give us might be stored on a server outside the country in which you reside. You should only accept this policy and register if you accept that.

The Information We Gather

Registered users must fill out a form that asks for contact information (including name, phone number, e-mail address, etc.), demographic information (including zip code, age, etc.), payment information, unique identifiers (such as mother’s maiden name), and other information (including information regarding hobbies, areas of interest, etc.). Some of this information is required, but most is optional.

Also, we monitor your use of the service. Some of the information we monitor includes how often you logon, how much work you do with ClickNwork, your earnings and performance. We also use "cookies," which are commonly used in Web browsers.

Please note that ClickNwork does not monitor or control the information collection processes of third party advertisers that may collect information about you through cookies or other technologies, when you visit their Web sites. We encourage you to contact such third parties if you have any questions about their respective privacy policies.

The Service is neither directed toward children (minors under thirteen years of age), nor is it made available to children (you have to be 18 years of age or older to become a Member). We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.

What We Do With the Information

To help protect your privacy, ClickNwork will not share your e-mail address or other personally identifying information with any such advertiser or other third party.

ClickNwork uses the information we gather from you to help select the most relevant advertisements to deliver to you. We only deliver advertisements to users through on-line ads (e.g. banner ads) and through email (e.g., our occasional newsletter), which is fully opt-in.

For ClickNworkers earning money and getting paid, we need additional information (“Payment details”) that we use to get payment to you. We only use this information for the purpose of paying you and will not make it available to a third party for any other reason.

PLEASE NOTE that despite the disclosure limitations above, ClickNwork reserves the right to disclose information contained within our access logs concerning any Member as we reasonably feel is necessary to protect our systems or business. Specifically, but without limitation, ClickNwork reserves the right to disclose such information when a Member violates published guidelines, or partakes (or is reasonably suspected of partaking) in any illegal activity, even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order, and to disclose such information in response to court and governmental orders, civil subpoenas, discovery requests, and as otherwise required by law. ClickNwork cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may be using our servers or services for illegal activities.

Surveys

Occasionally, ClickNwork might conduct surveys in order to better understand your needs relating to the Service. We will not share your survey information with any third party, except in aggregate form.

The Security of Your Information

Security measures are in place to safeguard against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information we gather. All information we collect is stored on servers that are physically secured in a locked area. Access to data on the servers is password protected.

Acts of Other Members (Protecting Your Privacy)

ClickNwork does not and cannot control the acts of its Members. You should be aware that, when you disclose personal information in a bulletin board, chat room, guest book, or other forum or public area made available through the Service or otherwise, that information might be collected and used by others for the purposes of distributing unsolicited communications to you. In the event that you encounter any Member who you feel is improperly collecting or using information about you or other Members, please contact us at privacy@clicknwork.com.

Changes to This Policy

In order to keep pace with legal and industry developments, ClickNwork reviews its privacy practices from time to time; therefore, our privacy practices are subject to change. If ClickNwork changes any of its privacy policies, the changes will be posted here in this document so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time.
